The tipsy toad has a lily pad for a counterweight. With forks making up the body and feet, spoons are used to create the head. The spiral and counterweight are made from unfinished recycled steel and are susceptible to rust. If you do not want these rods to rust, simply spray with a clear coat (urethane).
